Polk County Sheriff Prostitution Sting Operation

In the cheekily named “Operation No Tricks, No Treats,” the Polk County Sheriff’s Office arrested 102 individuals for alleged prostitution-related activity.

Penalties

  • Second offense: Third-degree felony — up to 5 years prison, minimum mandatory $5,000 fine
  • Third or subsequent: Second-degree felony — up to 15 years prison, up to $10,000 fines
