If you call our office, our phones are answered 24/7 by a receptionist who takes your name, contact information, and basic information about your case so the attorney is up to speed, and transfers your call to the attorney when he is available — otherwise he returns your call or text.
Important: contacting us through this website or by phone does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not include confidential or time-sensitive details about your case in a website message. Information you submit before an attorney-client relationship is established may not be protected by attorney-client privilege, although we treat all inquiries as confidential as a matter of office practice.

Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider (WP Engine) and security/content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) automatically log basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. If you start a chat, the messages and any contact information you choose to share are transmitted to and processed by ChatSupport’s servers so we can operate the chat and respond to you.
